Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk996 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised browser interface, casino games, sports betting services, promotional features, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the tk996 platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and tk996 (the platform operator). The agreement becomes effective from the moment you complete the registration process and click to confirm acceptance of these terms during sign-up. Access to any part of the tk996 platform — even without completing registration — also constitutes partial acceptance of the terms that apply to unregistered visitors.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the tk996 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published by tk996, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the other document expressly states otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the tk996 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tk996 strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and will not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or place wagers under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be the person whose identity details are provided during registration. Registration on behalf of a third party — including family members, friends, or colleagues — is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of tk996, nor an immediate family member of any such person, without prior written permission from tk996 management.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from tk996 or had an account permanently closed by tk996 for breach of these Terms & Conditions. Attempting to re-register following a permanent closure is a breach of these terms.
• You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or a valid bank account with a supported Bangladeshi bank in order to process deposits and withdrawals.

tk996 takes age verification seriously and employs a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process for all accounts that request withdrawals, reach certain deposit thresholds, or are flagged for additional review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the period requested by tk996 will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of tk996 services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and mobile number.

tk996 operates a one-account-per-player policy. Each individual is entitled to maintain a single registered account. If tk996 determines that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended, any outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation, and all bonus winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details current. tk996 uses your registered email address and mobile number as primary communication channels for account notifications, promotional messages, and security alerts.
• Your tk996 username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk996 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• tk996 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no wager, no deposit) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tk996 will contact you before classifying your account as dormant and will provide clear instructions on how to reactivate your account.

Once your account is registered and verified, you may access the full tk996 platform including live casino tables, slots, sports betting markets, and the account management dashboard where you can view your transaction history, set responsible gaming limits, and manage your personal details.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on tk996 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tk996 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider — whether bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank — may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside of tk996's control.

• tk996 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where the source of funds is unclear. This process may extend withdrawal processing times temporarily.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the specific bonus. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of those funds.
• tk996 does not accept deposits made with credit cards. All deposits must be made using approved mobile financial service accounts or supported Bangladeshi bank accounts.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these terms, tk996 may temporarily freeze an account and suspend all withdrawals pending investigation. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Refunds of deposits are only possible where no wagers have been placed with the deposited funds and where the player requests the refund within 24 hours of the deposit being credited.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

tk996 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between those offer-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that particular promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your tk996 account in the form of bonus balance, free bets, or free spins, as specified by the individual promotion. Bonus balance is distinct from your real-money balance and is subject to wagering requirements before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household address, per mobile device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting winnings become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page and must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game type are specified in the promotion terms.
• tk996 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering requirements already completed will be honoured on a pro-rata basis at tk996's discretion.
• Bonuses obtained or suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms (so-called "bonus abuse") will be forfeited in full and the associated account(s) will be suspended.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own promotional terms and time limits, which will be displayed prominently on the promotion page.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the tk996 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful of other players and staff, and consistent with the spirit of fair gaming. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the tk996 platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — tk996 reserves the right to take action against conduct that is not listed here but that the platform determines to be harmful, abusive, or contrary to the interests of fair play and platform integrity.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or navigate the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino table games, or any other multiplayer game format available on tk996.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or glitch in any game or platform feature. If you encounter a malfunction, you are required to stop play immediately and notify tk996 support. Any winnings generated through a known software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the tk996 deposit and withdrawal infrastructure to cycle funds through the platform without genuine gaming intent.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person in connection with any tk996 account or transaction.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward tk996 support staff, other players, or any party interacting through tk996 communication channels.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the tk996 platform, its databases, administrative systems, or the accounts of other players through any technical means.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through tk996 communication features that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

Violation of any of the obligations set out in this section will result in one or more of the following consequences at tk996's discretion: immediate suspension of your account, permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of account balance and any pending withdrawals, and reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk996 platform — including but not limited to the tk996 brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphical elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is protected by applicable intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of tk996 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk996 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the tk996 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of tk996.

• Game content on tk996 is licensed from third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in those game titles remain with their respective developers and are subject to those developers' own licensing terms.
• The tk996 name, logo, and associated branding elements may not be used in any public communication, advertising, social media post, or other publication without the prior written approval of tk996 management.
• Any user-generated content submitted to tk996 — such as feedback, reviews, or support communications — may be used by tk996 for service improvement purposes. You grant tk996 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for those purposes.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk996 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible loss.

tk996 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available at all times and that games operate correctly. However, tk996 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Unscheduled outages — including those caused by third-party service providers, internet infrastructure disruptions, or force majeure events — are outside of tk996's control and do not give rise to any liability on the part of tk996.

• tk996's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• tk996 is not responsible for any losses arising from decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional material, where that information was accurate at the time of display but subsequently changed.
• tk996 is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing where such delays are caused by the player's payment service provider, the Bangladeshi banking system, or any third-party technical infrastructure outside tk996's direct control.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit tk996's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the tk996 platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with tk996 support should be submitted in writing to support@tk996.net. tk996 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
